COLBY -- A Constitutional Carry (permitless carry) class will be offered from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, in Room 705 of Colby Community College's Bedker Memorial Complex. It is taught by certified concealed carry handgun instructor Barry Kaaz and former Colby police officer Glenn Kaaz.

Students will learn essential information on what concealed handgun owners can and cannot legally do regarding the use of force and deadly force. The class meets the training requirements and format of the United States Concealed Carry Association.
