Class and Finals Schedules
The schedules produced by CCC do not represent a contract between Colby Community
College and its students. They are only informational in nature. While information
in the schedules is correct at the time of printing, it may be subject to change.
Students should check with advisors and watch for schedule updates in other college
publications and media. Ultimately, each student is responsible for the content of
his or her class schedule.
Questions about class scheduling should be addressed to student advisors. Additional questions concerning registration should be forwarded to the Office of the Registrar or Student Services.
Additional copies of course schedules and many other college publications are available
by contacting the Admissions Office or the Trojan Advising Center.
Colby Community College occasionally uses an altered class schedule during inclement weather. When the late start schedule is used, announcements will be communicated to students and staff via email, social media, and public broadcasts.

Fall 2024 Final Exam Schedule
The time allotted for each examination will be limited to 90 minutes and should be sufficient to allow ample time for completion. If the instructor deems additional testing time is necessary, previous class meeting times may be utilized. All examinations will follow the established schedule with any exceptions approved only by the Vice President of Academic Affairs. A student who is scheduled for more than three exams on any given day may petition the Vice President for a schedule adjustment.
In accordance with Colby Community College policy, students are required to be present
for their final exam and/or complete any assessment during the time stated. Please
note that vacations, previously purchased tickets or reservations, graduations, social
events, misreading the final exam schedule, and oversleeping are not viable reasons
for rescheduling a final.
"MW" indicates classes that meet Monday and Wednesday. "TR" indicates classes that
meet Tuesday and Thursday.
Note: MW/TR classes meeting at 3:20 will be arranged with the instructor.
