Notice of Photography and Video at Events

Photographs and videos may be taken during Colby Community College events for use by the College across various media platforms. By participating in an event, attendees grant Colby Community College permission to use photographs and videos in which they appear. Photographs and videos taken by or on behalf of the College become the property of Colby Community College.

The College may ask students who are photographed or recorded for close-up marketing and promotional content to complete a media release form. Students may submit the media release form online or download the media release form as a PDF.
