September 5: Bills paid in full, payment plan, or financial aid recipient
September 15: Payment plan payment for those who are enrolled
October 1: FAFSA opens for submission for the following school year
October 15: Payment plan payment for those who are enrolled
November 15: Final payment plan payment for those who are enrolled

Spring Semester *

December 1: Spring payment plans open for enrollment at www.colbycc.edu
December 15: First payment plan payment for those who are enrolled
February 5: Bills paid in full, payment plan, or financial aid recipient
February 15: Payment plan payment for those who are enrolled
March 15: Payment plan payment for those who are enrolled
April 15: Final payment plan payment for those who are enrolled

Summer Session

April 1: Spring payment plans open for enrollment at www.colbycc.edu.
May 15: First payment plan payment for those who are enrolled.
June 15: Payment plan payment for those who are enrolled.
July 15: Final payment plan payment for those who are enrolled

Prior to being granted access to classes, students need to be on a payment plan, pay the full balance, or have financial aid.

OPTION #1: Financial Aid/Third Party Payment/Scholarship

This option is for students receiving funds awarded through the Financial Aid Office. For veteran’s benefits, call 785.460.4612. For active duty, MYCAA, and tuition assistance, contact Tashia Kuper at 785.460.4664.

OPTION #2: Pay in Full or Online

Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. Checks made payable to CCC may be mailed to:

Online payment by logging in to your student TrojanWeb account (debit or credit card). Payment will be applied directly to your account. For assistance, refer to the TrojanWeb payment guide. A separate PIN can be created for individuals, such as parents, paying a student bill.

OPTION #3: Online payment through CashNet.

CashNet Campus Commerce provides the online payment service for CCC. The plan allows you to make automatic monthly payments by credit card, checking account, or savings account. The plan requires a $25.00 per semester non-refundable enrollment fee and completion of the online application. To enroll in the CashNet payment plan, create an account and provide the following:

1. CCC student ID number
2. Name, address, and account information for the person responsible for making payments
