Colby Community College has announced the selection of the 2012-13 Student Ambassadors. Candidates are nominated for this prestigious position by faculty and staff members. Student Ambassadors are chosen for their outstanding leadership, academic qualities, and ability to represent CCC in a positive manner.

Student Ambassadors conduct campus tours, work in the Admissions Office, assist with new student orientation and host other special events.

The Student Ambassadors program is designed to prepare young men and women for future leadership through active participation and service.

Students selected for the 2012-13 class include Dryden Baumfalk (Colby), Nolan Carter (Laramie, Wyo.), Lauren Gassmann (Grainfield), Cody Green (Atwood), Ashli Jones (Johnstown, Colo.), Courtney Kinnett (Bailey, Colo.), Jordan Miller (Parker, Colo.), Bailey Pfortmiller (Natoma), Mallorie Salmans (Hanston), Tasha Tankersley (Leoti), and Emily Torson (Dighton).
