The Colby Community College Board of Trustees recently approved the hiring of Jim Rorabaugh to serve as Director of Residence Life.  Rorabaugh has 34 years’ experience  and was most recently employed at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa.  He is a graduate of Chadron State College in Chadron, Neb. 

Jim has one adult daughter and a four-year-old granddaughter who live in Cheyenne, Wyo.  His office is in Living Center Northeast.
