Colby Community College and Fort Hays State University signed an articulation agreement to provide a smooth transfer for CCC graduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Articulation agreements outline courses that are accepted by a university and provide guidance for students and advisors during enrollment.
Fort Hays State President Dr. Tisa Mason was in Colby June 26 to sign the agreement with CCC President Dr. Seth Carter.
“This type of articulation agreement enables seamless transfer for our students,” said Dr. Carter. “As Fort Hays State is one of our top transfer institutions, this agreement is vitally important to student success and degree completion.”
The signing with Fort Hays State updates an existing agreement that was last revised in 2011. CCC has similar agreements with other four-year institutions.
