Student evaluation form used to gather confidential feedback on in-class instruction, including course organization, instructor effectiveness, student engagement, feedback, fairness, and opportunities for improvement.
Colby Community College believes in faculty appraisal to improve instruction and recognize excellence in teaching. Students should respond honestly and candidly. The instructor will not see individual evaluation forms. An electronic compilation of results will be available to the instructor.
