The schedules produced by CCC do not represent a contract between Colby Community College and its students. They are only informational in nature. While information in the schedules is correct at the time of printing, it may be subject to change. Students should check with advisors and watch for schedule updates in other college publications and media. Ultimately, each student is responsible for the content of his or her class schedule.

Questions about class scheduling should be addressed to student advisors. Additional questions concerning registration should be forwarded to the Office of the Registrar or Student Services.

Additional copies of course schedules and many other college publications are available by contacting the Admissions Office or the Trojan Advising Center.

Colby Community College occasionally uses an altered class schedule during inclement weather. When the late start schedule is used, announcements will be communicated to students and staff via email, social media, and public broadcasts.

12:30-1:45 p.m. 1:00-1:45 p.m.
1:55-3:10 p.m. 1:55-2:40 p.m.
3:20-4:35 p.m. 3:20-4:35 p.m.
Classes after 4:35 p.m. will start at the regular scheduled time.

 

Spring 2025 Final Exam Schedule

The final examination process is structured to ensure fairness and consistency while accommodating student needs within reasonable limits.

Examination Duration and Schedule

  • All examinations are limited to 90 minutes, which is designed to provide ample time for completion.
  • If additional time is deemed necessary by the instructor, previous class meeting times may be utilized.
  • All examinations must adhere to the established final exam schedule. Exceptions require prior approval from the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
  • Students scheduled for more than three exams in a single day may petition the Vice President of Academic Affairs for a schedule adjustment.

Attendance 

  • Per college policy, students are required to be present for their final exam or complete the assigned assessment at the designated time.
  • The following are not valid reasons for rescheduling a final:
  • Vacations or travel plans
  • Previously purchased tickets or reservations
  • Graduations or other social events
  • Misreading the final exam schedule
  • Oversleeping

Class Meeting Abbreviations

  • "MW" indicates classes that meet Monday and Wednesday.
  • "TR" indicates classes that meet Tuesday and Thursday. 

Note: MW/TR classes meeting at 3:20 will be arranged with the instructor.
